| Minimum 10 years in Similar position .Will handle recruitment selection and conduct induction and orientation processes for new joiners. Administer personnel and HR Policies to minimize violation of rules and regulations, as set by the management. Involve in attuning policies /procedures pertaining to HR and personnel administration .Help in resolving inter personnel issues and initiate team activities to bring in a harmonious work atmosphere. Development and updating of Staff and Personnel Policy Handbook. Manage all the facilities and administrative activities of the office including legal matters, and liason with government authorities. |

| Should be an MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute with over 10 years experience in Real Estate / Hospitality Industry. Should be a team player and possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a fair knowledge of dealing with corporate / individual clients. |

| Graduates with 2-5 years experience in Sales. Should possess excellent communication skills. The incumbent should be outgoing with an ability to interact with Corporate clients. Experience in Hospitality Industry would be an added advantage. |

| BE (Civil) with 12-15 years of experience in quality construction of projects. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource management, project scheduling, developing and implementing processes, controlling quality, cost, time and funds. |

|
| B.E. (Civil) with 8-12 years experience in quality surveying, analysis of rates and verification of bills. Should be conversant with IS codes, schedule rates and interpretation of contracts. Working knowledge of computers is essential. |

| B.Arch from reputed institute having 7-12 years of working experience in Housing Complexes, Commercial Projects, Multiplexes Mega Malls, Amusement Parks etc. International exposure on such projects will be an added advantage. Should be well versed with the latest Architectural software. |

Sr. Engineer - Finishing (1) |

| BE (Civil) having 5-8 years experience in construction of multi-storey Commercial complexes with excellent finishing. Should have an eye for lines, levels and finishing. Exposure on similar foreign projects having international standards in finishing item+s will be preferred |

| BE (Civil) with 3-8 years of experience / Diploma (Civil) with 5-10 years of experience. Should be conversant with IS Specifications, schedule of rates and interpretation of contracts. Experience in high rise buildings will be preferred. |

Officer Commercial (1) |

| Commerce Graduate with 5-8 years experience in Commercial Section of a Marketing Company, having large customer base, preferably a Real Estate Company. Knowledge of post sales process and customer complaints handling will be preferred. |
